STORY

Olivetti is a leading company in the Office and Retail market, based in Italy. In the digital field Olivetti provides throught his resellers digital product and support.

With many reseller enthusiasts that struggle with information overload and complex processes Olivetti wants to provide an interface that streamline the whole order process.

UX Solution

From a client idea designed, through a user-centric approach, a portal that provides easy access to order management services to reseller. An interface to create order, insert new client, monitor invoices to the cliente and from Olivetti. And an admin interface dedicated to Olivetti support team to monitor resellers activity.

TAKEAWAY

We interviewed 5 people. We conducted contextual interview while reseller where using the old tool.

LOCATION: Phone while screen sharing

SCOPE: Identify user habits, pain points and needs in completing the order process.

  • The access to reseller/partner consolle is from the main site

  • Registration to the partner reseller program is quick and easy.
